Teaching Inclusively:
Black History Across The Curricula

The Amistad Curriculum serves as a model for districts across the country of what should be occurring within classrooms. The empowerment of educators to effectively infuse African American history into their curriculum is essential to its success. We specialize in simplifying complexities for application.

Educators are looking for ways to engage with students organically while also having fun. We genuinely believe that fun makes everything easier, so we practice what we preach: Modules are inclusive of all learning styles and rooted in arts-driven curriculum design, which allows educators to actually experience what we are teaching them to implement. Experience is literally the best teacher, and that’s how we create.
